Dehydrated Vanilla Infused Apples
Because we love infusing everything at Sonoma Syrup…
Dip ¼” thick apple slices of any variety (cored with skin on) in ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 cup water, 1 Tbsp. Sonoma Syrup Co. Vanilla Extract and 1 Tsp. Sonoma Syrup Co. Lemon Extract. Place drained apple rings on baking trays with parchment paper sheets.
Dry in your oven for 6-11 hours at 140-150 degrees until slightly pliable. Let cool and store loosely in glass jars or sealed paper bags. Enjoy this as a healthy Fall snack or use on your cheeseboard.
