White Ginger Barbecued Ribs
  • 6 pounds beef or pork ribs
  • ½ cup Sonoma Syrup White Ginger Infused Syrup
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ⅛ cup apple cider vinegar
  1. Combine ingredients. Mix well and pour over ribs.Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove ribs from marinade and reserve in saucepan.
  3. Place ribs in shallow pan and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Move ribs to grill, brush ribs with glaze every 15 minutes and barbecue slowly over low flame until done.
