Lime Curd Tart
  1. Put egg yolks and Lime syrup into a medium sized saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, add butter in small pieces stirring constantly for 12 minutes, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and cool.
  3. Pour the cooled lime curd into your favorite baked tart shell(s) and chill until set.
  4. Garnish with your choice of berries, pistachio, meringue and mint.
