Pork Tenderloin with Pomegranate Peppercorn Glaze
  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees
  2. Coat and roast three 8-ounce pork tenderloins. Baste pork every 10 minutes while cooking.
  3. Roast until thermometer reaches 150 degrees F (about 30 minutes).
  4. Let stand 10 minutes, cut and serve.
