Baked Apples
  • Six Red apples, cored to ½ inch of base and ½ inch of skin peeled away with Vegetable peeler around top of each apple
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ cup Sonoma Syrup Cinnamon Infused Syrup
  1. Arrange in a roasting pan
  2. Pour syrup into and around cored apples
  3. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes until soft when pierced with a knife
  4. Pour the remaining syrupy glaze over each apple, add whipped cream and serve warm.
