Watermelon Sorbet
  1. Cut watermelon in quarters
  2. Scoop out fruit, cube and put in food processor and pulse several times
  3. Pour through colander to remove seeds
  4. In a container combine 2 cups of puree, 1 cup of Sonoma Syrup Classic Simple Syrup and lemon juice
  5. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours
  6. Pour into ice-cream freezer and follow instructions
