Lavender Infused Simple Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup pure cane sugar
- 3 tbsp. fresh or dried lavender flowers
- Bring water to a boil with sugar and lavender flowers, stirring occasionally.
- Once at a boil, bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
- Leave infusing in the pot for one hour.
- Strain through a fine sieve and let cool.
