When will my order arrive?
Most in-stock orders will ship within 2-4 business days and arrive in 7-10 business days. The total time to receive your package is dependent on the shipping method you choose.
Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment.
Standard Delivery – Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. For orders shipping Standard Delivery, please consider UPS transit time, typically 1-5 days depending on your region. UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for Standard Delivery/Ground service.
2nd Day Express – Orders placed by 11am PST are shipped within 2 business days. Please factor in 2 days transit time.
Do you ship or deliver on weekends and holidays?
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. UPS delivers during business hours only, Monday through Friday.
How can I check on my order status? How do I track my package?
When you place your order on our website, you’ll be asked to provide your email address. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information specific to your order.
Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address after the order has been placed. If you require help please call our customer service at 866-419-6353 or email email@example.com.
Do I need to sign for the package when it arrives?
We do not require signatures for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door at the courier’s discretion.

How to redeem online promotional code discount – how do I get the discount on my order?
You must enter promotional code upon checkout online when placing your order Load the items you want to purchase into your Shopping Bag. Go through the checkout process. On the last page of your Shopping Bag, you will see a box labeled “If you have a Promo Code, please enter below” near the bottom of the page. This is where you enter your code. You must click the “Apply to Order” button for any discounts or adjustments to be made to your order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers and are available for a limited time.
What is your return policy?

How will my product be packaged?
It will arrive in a wine shipping box with biodegradable packing material. All packing products used are environmentally friendly.
Can I send a gift message?
You may specify a gift message at the special instructions section to be sent with your package, before checking out. We will include a recipe card, too. If the bill-to address and ship-to address are different, our system will automatically print a gift slip without prices on it to be included with the order.
Can I ship to multiple addresses using one order?
Absolutely. When you checkout you will have the option of shipping specific items to individual addresses. As such, items will appear as separate line items regardless of their quantity.
