A refreshing twist on the classic Paloma cocktail infused with Pomegranate and White Ginger Simple Syrup. Quickly make a big pitcher to serve and share with eight. Cheers!
Batch Pitcher Palomas
2 2/3 cups tequila
2 2/3 cups fresh grapefruit juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup water
¼ cup Sonoma Syrup Co. Pomegranate Simple Syrup
¼ cup Sonoma Syrup Co. White Ginger Simple Syrup
1/8 cup salt
18 oz Sparkling water (More or less, to top off individual servings)
Fresh lime and grapefruit wedges for garnish
In a large pitcher, stir together the grapefruit juice, lime juice, water, and simple syrup. Chill for 1 hour.
Stir in the tequila and salt.
To serve, fill a glass 3/4 full with ice, pour in enough drink base to reach that same 3/4 full mark, then top with of sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit and lime wedges. Enjoy!
