Fruity, frosty, and ready to scoop—this no-fuss dessert is refreshing enough for even the hottest days.
Ingredients

1¼ cup Sonoma Syrup Co. Simple Syrup (any flavor)

2 cups fruit juice, strained
Directions
Combine ingredients in metal pan and place in freezer, uncovered, whisk mixture every hour until it is almost set, about 4 hours.
Remove mixture from the freezer and scrape surface with the tines of a fork until it is the texture of shaved ice.
*Overnight Tip: Freeze overnight without whisking. Remove pan and let sit our for 10 minutes to soften before scraping with a fork.
