Ingredients

1 cup full-fat coconut milk

¼ cup Sonoma Syrup Co. Lavender Simple Syrup

¾ cup fresh strawberries, blended

1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract Blend
Strawberry Lavender Coconut Cream Popsicles
Directions
Add the coconut milk, Simple Syrup, blended strawberries, and extract to a mixing bowl.
Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert popsicle sticks according to the mold instructions.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until completely solid.
To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for 10–15 seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
Cherry Lime Coconut Cream Popsicles
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
¾ cup pitted cherries, blended
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, Simple Syrup, and blended cherries until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
Enjoy immediately or return any extras to the freezer.
