Pomegranate Paloma Pitcher

A refreshing by-the-pitcherful rendition of the classic Paloma cocktail that’s brightly infused with Pomegranate Simple Syrup.
Ingredients

2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
-
1 cup fresh lime juice
-
1 cup water
-
½ cup Sonoma Syrup Co. Pomegranate Simple Syrup
-
2 2/3 cups tequila
-
1 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
-
Ice
-
Sparkling water
-
Fresh grapefruit, lime wedges, and berries
Directions
To prepare the Paloma base, in a large pitcher, stir together grapefruit juice, lime juice, water, and simple syrup. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Stir in the tequila and salt.
To serve, fill a glass 3/4 full with ice cubes. Pour in enough Paloma base to reach 3/4 full. Top with the sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit, lime wedges, and berries.
