The Pot of Gold cocktail is a twist on a whiskey sour featuring Irish whiskey, a hint of scotch, and our White Ginger Simple Syrup for the perfect balance of warmth and spice. And of course, we topped it off with edible gold flakes for extra luck!

Ingredients

1 3/4 oz. Irish whiskey

1/4 oz. Scotch

3/4 oz. White Ginger Simple Syrup

3/4 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 Egg white

Garnish: edible gold flakes
Directions
Add the whiskey, scotch, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a cocktail shaker and dry-shake (no ice).
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with edible gold flakes. Cheers!
