Ingredients: ½ oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Pure Olive Juice; 2 oz. premium vodka or gin; ½ oz. dry vermouth; 6 dashes chili bitters; Green olives and a pepper for garnish

Try a "spicy" twist on the classic Dirty Martini by adding chili bitters, hot sauce, or pepper-infused vodka or gin served chilled in a martini glass and garnished with olives or a hot pepper.

Ingredients

½ oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Pure Olive Juice
2 oz. premium vodka or gin
½ oz. dry vermouth
6 dashes chili bitters
Green olives and a pepper for garnish

Directions

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with olives and/or pepper.
Substitution: use hot sauce in place of bitters or pepper-vodka/gin.
