A fruity spin on the classic Tom Collins* using Gin (we love Griffo), Little Apple Treats Summer Fruits Shrub, and our Meyer Lemon Infused Simple Syrup.
*Skip the gin and add sparkling water for a garden party mocktail everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients

2 oz. Gin

1 oz. Lemon juice

3/4 oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Meyer Lemon Infused Simple Syrup

3/4 oz. Little Apple Treats Blood Orange Shrub
-
Sparkling water
Directions
Add all ingredients except sparking water to a shaker with ice.
Shake for 10–15 seconds.
Strain into a tall glass with ice.
Top with sparkling water.
*Mocktail version: omit gin and add extra sparkling water.
