Though the rain came down in downtown San Francisco we yet again found ourselves in the midst of an incredible event: the Winter Fancy Food Show. Showcasing the most wonderful and delectable treats you could possibly imagine. Our senses were on overdrive as we walked the floor of the Moscone Center. Three full days of fun connecting with fellow food lovers and serving our latest Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic.
It’s always so refreshing to see people from all areas of the food industry delighting in our syrups and reading about the different ways to use them. In baking, cocktails, mocktails, desserts, salad dressings, marinades, coffee, sodas, you name it! We were handing out recipe cards left and right, and especially introducing people to our Apple Cider Vinegar.
It was so incredible to see that more and more people are becoming familiar with the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. Not the easiest thing to drink in the morning for some, our Infused Drinking Vinegar with just a hint of vanilla and lemon allows it to go down much easier than most.
As attendees walked by they couldn’t help but stop for a light sip of our specially made Apple Cider Vinegar tonic. It is definitely the easiest way to enjoy the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar without the sour of vinegar. You can easily whip this tonic up in the morning in under a minute and be ready to go on your way!
Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
- 1 cup Sonoma Syrup Mint Infused Syrup
- Raspberries, cucumber slices and mint sprigs
- 1 cup Sonoma Syrup Organic Apple Cider Infused Drinking Vinegar
- 1 cup water or sparkling water to top
Combine Mint Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar to create concentrate.
To serve, pour ¼ cup concentrate and dilute with ¾ cup water or sparkling water. Garnish with raspberries, cucumber slices and mint.
