3/4 cup heavy cream
12 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 tsp. Organic Pure Vanilla Bean Extract "Crush"
Break up the chocolate into small pieces
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the heavy cream until a layer is formed
Add the chocolate to the cream, reduce heat to low, and stir with a whisk until smooth
Transfer ganache to a bowl and stir occasionally until it is slightly thick
