Tangy lime meets fresh cilantro and garlic for the ultimate zesty drizzle.
Perfect with: chicken wings, fish tacos, grilled shrimp, French fries, tater tots, sandwiches, wraps, roasted vegetables, and more!
Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sonoma Syrup Co. Lime Simple Syrup
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, stems included
- Juice of 1–2 limes (about 2–3 tablespoons)
- 5–10 cloves garlic, depending on desired intensity
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: ½ jalapeño, stem and seeds removed for mild heat
Directions
- Add the cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and optional jalapeño to a food processor or blender. Pulse until finely chopped.
Add the mayonnaise, Simple Syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust:
More lime juice for brightness.
More Simple Syrup for a touch of sweetness.
More salt if needed.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
