Dehydrated Vanilla Infused Apples

Ingredients
¼ cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Water
1 Tbsp. Sonoma Syrup Co. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Sonoma Syrup Co. Lemon Extract
¼” thick Apple Slices of any variety (cored with skin on)
Directions
Dip apple slices of any variety (cored with skin on) in lemon juice, water, Vanilla Extract and Lemon Extract.
Place drained apple rings on baking trays with parchment paper sheets.
Dry in your oven for 6-11 hours at 140-150 degrees until slightly pliable.
Let cool and store loosely in glass jars or sealed paper bags.
Enjoy this as a healthy snack or use on your cheeseboard.
