Try this refreshing protein packed dessert, sure to delight your family and friends!
Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup milk of choice
-
2 tsp lemon zest
-
1 oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Meyer Lemon Infused Simple Syrup

1 tsp Sonoma Syrup Co. Organic Pure Vanilla Bean Extract “Crush”

3 Tbsp chia seeds
-
Optional: pinch of turmeric for color
Directions
Blend all ingredients except chia seeds until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in chia seeds.
Cover and refrigerate for 3+ hours or overnight.
*Optional: Top with a dollop of yogurt plus lemon zest.
