It’s Women’s History Month, and we’re celebrating with a Pink Lady inspired mocktail featuring two incredible female-founded brands: Caleño Drinks and Sonoma Syrup Co.
Ingredients

2 oz. Caleño Non-Alcoholic Gin

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

¼ oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Pomegranate Simple Syrup

¼ oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Meyer Lemon Simple Syrup
-
¼ oz. apple juice
-
1 egg white
Directions
Dry shake (no ice) to froth the egg white.
Then shake with ice & serve in a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass.
