2 tbsp. Sonoma Syrup Co. Peppermint Simple Syrup
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
8 oz milk of your choice
In a mug, combine steamed milk, espresso, cocoa powder, a simple syrup.
Spoon a thick layer of foamed milk on top
