Rum & Smoke Cocktail
½ oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Mint Infused Simple Syrup
1 ½ oz. dark rum
¾ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ oz. mineral water
Sprigs of Rosemary
Place ice in a glass and hold a flame to fresh rosemary until it lights.
Wave in glass and let the ice take on the aroma of rosemary.
Place all ingredients in the glass and stir.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of Rosemary.
