Freshly whipped cream with bits of vanilla bean will enhance all of your sweets and desserts. The following recipes were created with Vanilla Bean Extract "Crush" to eliminate the time consuming process of finding and scraping vanilla beans, however you may use regular Vanilla Bean Extract in these recipes.
Vanilla Bean Infused Whipped Cream
1 tsp. Sonoma Syrup Co. Organic Pure Vanilla Bean "Crush®”
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp. sugar
Pour cream into a chilled bowl of an electric mixer with a whisk attachment
Add sugar and extract
Beat until stiff peaks form
Top pies, cakes, hot cocoa or hot fudge sundaes.
Looking for a quick topping? Mix ⅓ cup of Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup (or any alternative Sonoma Syrup Co. flavor) to one pint of fresh whipping cream. Whip cream until stiff then mix in Simple Syrup. Use to top espresso drinks or milkshakes.
