Sweet and peppery, this heart sangria infuses real ginger in our own pure cane Simple Syrup creating a unique and delicious cocktail. Simply add fresh fruit to a pitcher with red wine, infuse it with White Ginger Simple Syrup and let it sit for one day before serving. Enjoy!
Spicy Ginger Sangria
1 bottle of red wine
½ cup Sonoma Syrup Co. White Ginger Simple Syrup
2 persimmons or apples sliced
½ cup sliced mission figs
1 orange, rinsed and sliced
Mix the wine with the White Ginger Simple Syrup and add the fruit and orange slices
Put in fridge for a day
Fill tall glasses with ice and add the Spicy Sangria (be sure to have a piece or two of fruit in each glass)
Top with sparkling water and enjoy!
