Viennese Almond Crescent Cookies
1 cup butter
¼ cup sugar
2 cups unbleached flour
1 cup ground almonds
1 tsp. Sonoma Syrup Co. Pure Almond Extract
1 tsp. Sonoma Syrup Co. Pure Vanilla Bean Extract "Blend"
½ teaspoon sea salt
Cream butter. Mix in sugar, flour, almonds and extracts
Shape dough into crescents and place on greased cookie sheets
Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
