Ingredients

1 cucumber, sliced
0.25 oz Sonoma Syrup Co. Lime Simple Syrup
Juice of half a lime
1 lime, sliced
2 oz gin
Sparkling water

Directions

Mix gin, Simple Syrup and lime juice over ice in a tall glass
Top off with sparkling water instead of Tonic water
Gently stir to combine; garnish each with cucumber and lime slices
